OK, lets try this again.  I'm going crazy switching between German and US keyboards and accidently hit some key combination that caused previous email to send before it was finished...

He was talking about the rear calipers, which aren't G60's.  I don't think these are shared with any VW apps, but would be cool if someone could prove me wrong.
According to Blauk, they are common between 90+ V8Q, 91 200q20v, and UrS.  (Also "only" 109 each for reman units, don't think I've seen em cheaper)

I should look into prices on these when I get back to Koblenz, they should be pretty cheap from a generic parts store, and I might also be able to get a company discount (Girling is now part of TRW).

S4/S6 calipers are Girling G-60's and the same as those on all VW VR6's.  I am lucky to have a decent VW/Audi shop that specializes in auction cars that he strips as needed.  I found a 97 Passat VR6 and robbed the guide pins out of it, the shop owner wouldn't even take anything for them.  Cool guy. (Hey Tom S--I'm talking about Keith's VW).  Look for a place that may have some Audi/VW stock and you may get lucky.
