[s-cars] Lazy start condition

Hmm.. I always thougt the I5 needed at least 4 turns to get it all
synchronized? I'm pretty sure mine does it all the time, hot or cold..(?)
6+ revs are a bit on the far side, but I really don't think the O2 sensor
could make a difference, but have a look at the fuel return valve. (Try to
attach a temporary fuel pressure meter, and check the pressure at startup
time.) Could a seeping injector do this?
