I wonder if track time makes the ecu change/learn some
engine parameters that results in poorer gas mileage.

Since Taka has been frequenting the track on a few
occasions it would be a no-cost test to reset the ecu
using the old 'pull the fuse' technique and see if
anything changes.

Just a thought.
