[s-cars] Bulbs for clear sidemarkers

I've got about 6 sets of new factory european single filament bulb holders
for the S4/S6 front corner lights if anyone is interested.  Let me know.

For the true euro look, use a single filament bulb, (only works for turn
signal, not running lights) or modify the socket so that only the turn
signal works.
