Found it,

It was the spring coils striking each other only the
solution was fast/free/easy. The closely wound "dead
coils" on the bottom were the source.

All I had to do was jack up the front and and
rotate/walk the stock H&R wrap on the bottom half of
the spring all the way down. I could get it to
whithin a few inches of the very end. I tie wrapped
the end I could see so it couldn't back off.

On the left side I also added my own 3/4" ID clear
vinyl hose. I didn't do the right side and then I
went for a ride.

Ahhhhhhhhh silence on both sides. So the extra wrap
I added on the left isn't needed.

The best thing is if you have installed the wrapped
H&R V8 springs and have the noise you don't have to
take anything apart to silence it.

I bought the springs used from Scott B. on NC? I
never thought to move the wraps to each end which does
make sense but I was in a moment of Duh and installed
them as they came out of the box.

I love something simple. I should have at least tried
this 2 months ago

Neil
