[s-cars] noise from left front end... thump, thump... don't think it's a tire...ideas?

Hi all,
I've got a noise coming form my left front end (I
think).  It' most noticable at 40-50 mph... it's a
thump, thump, thump... The noise is more noticible
when you load the left front wheel, faint when loading
the RF and practically gone when going straight.  Yor
can also feel it slightly when banking left.  No noise
or pulsations when breaking.
I've recently replaced 2 of the 4 Dunlop sp 9000...
I've had the balance rechecked (no problem) and the
noise remains when the tires are rotated front to
back... just louder with the new tires...
I'd considered a wheel bearing as the culpret... but a
40mph I'd expect a roar not a thump, thump...
With I tire problem is seems that It should have been
eliminated with the rotation not just
reduced...Thoughts???
