[s-cars] Water Temperature Gauge Slow/Stuck?

Gents,
	It appears my water temperature gauge is sticking and sometimes I have to "flick" the gauge like some WWII pilot you see in the movies for it to come up?  Is this common or do I need to replace the whole cluster to get this gauge to work correctly w/o flicking it?  It does seem to work however after the car is warmed up so a bit odd behavior.
