You are mixed up on this. They make the Turbo to X over and the x over to IC,
Not the IC to throttle body hose. IMO, you also should look at replacing the
Xover pipe with a bent metal piece if you run car hard. Eurocar specialties
carries all 3 pieces cheap enough not to wait months on Group purch.
