[s-cars] Stromung Cat. Heat Shield Loose

Just thought I'd mention that a couple of spot welds holding the heat shield
over the cat had boke loose.  Caused a vibration at idle that I thought was
just too tight a tolerance between pipe an something.
Easy fix with a couple of SS bolts, washers, nuts, but this really should not
happen IME.
