Help!

I have a 1993 S4, and it has been sitting, unstarted,
in the driveway for several months. In March, it
started and ran with no problems (once I recharged the
battery) - but when I went back to start it last week,
it just turns over and over without ignition.

Any thoughts on where to start? I would have expected
to smell fuel after cranking it for a while, but I do
not - and this is leading me to suspect the fuel pump
or relay. Where is the relay located? It doesn't seem
to be either in the box under the hood or in the
passenger's footwell.
