[s-cars] Troubleshooting help

The relay is located in the relay bank on the driver's side under the
steering wheel.  I forget which one it is.  You have to remove the underdash
cover to get to it, very easy to do.

As far as the winter gas thing goes, I have left gas in a car much longer
than that and it still had no problem firing right up; just my personal
experience.

If the gas in the fuel tank is many months old winter gas, it may not have
enough light aromatics left to ignite from a spark!
