Cody,

I removed the freeze plug by drilling a 1/8th inch
hole through the center of it.  Then I screwed a,
well, screw into the hole (only a couple turns of the
screw).  Finally, I grabbed the screw with a pair of
pliers and twisted the plug off.  It is super easy!
