[s-cars] Wastegate Question

Audi used the same wastegate cap on all turbo cars from the Ur-quattro to
the Ur-S...except, I think, the '81-'83 5000 Turbos.  On the 10v turbos the
wastegate frequencey valve  controlls pressure in both the upper and lower
chamber of the wastegate, so a hose was attached to that fitting on those
cars.  As the WGFV only controlls the lower chamber on the 20v motors, the
top chamber is left open to atmosphere.
