[s-cars] Toward an OEM HID upgrade for S6's

This is not right, a very good friend of mine has a 95.5 S6 4.2 with HID's
and one of his bulbs died, he found someone in germany i think that
delivered bulbes for these lamps. he bought 2 just in case and changed one
of them, worked like a charm.
