[s-cars] Steering Column Creak

  In all seriousness, this creak isn't the cold weather scraping of the
contacts under the steering wheel.  This creak/vibration is much further down
under the dash or in the engine compartment, but felt in the steering wheel
and heard slightly coming from the dash.  Perhaps its the steering rack or
caused by the pump, or even a crack in the mount.  What are the symptoms of a
steering rack or pump going bad.  How about the mount crack? Does it creak or
make noise when in a parking lot? Any BTDT?
