Scott- It's not my car, I have no idea whether this is the Seidl or Reiger bumper. Anyway, people wanted photos of the "RS2 look" bumper, and this is a US-spec car for you all to look at. I didn't find the owner so I can't tell you much more. Maybe posting on Audiworld might help find the owner of the car. Taka
