[s-cars] Waterfest 2002 Photos

S-Heads,

That car appears to be an S4 (note the mirrors and headlights) with a Seidl
front bumper and S6 side moldings. Nice car...

Ok, here's the latest scoop on styling product initiative... it's sloooow
going...

Seidl has sent a few body kits to Strictly Foreign - Import Parts &
Accessory Warehouse (5374 Hamiliton Blvd. Allentown, PA). They where
received at customs on Monday and should have passed through by now. I was
told by the owner John, that one kit is going to a former employee who now
owns a shop in Maryland. He plans to do a complete install with photo's and
this car will be featured in Euro-Tuner magazine! (yes this car already has
a front mount intercooler, I was told it was a Spearco model?). The other
two kits are going to local guys in PA, I don't know who? I also don't know
if any of them are listers? I asked John if we could contact them so that
one of us could drop by and see the kit and take pics, he said he would ask
and get back to me, but it's up to the owners. If I don't get anywhere I
will complain to Seidl as they promised me we could inspect the kits and
this is not the case so far...

Now for LLTEK, I stopped by the shop last week, nothing has started. The
owner showed me the the Zender add on unit they plan to adapt to fit the
origianl S-cars bumper and it looks nice if they ever get around to it...
Not happy with the progress and they know it. They have recently employed a
guy with a black S4 and he wants them to start on his car, so hopefully we
will get some progress soon...

	I have many more photos, but you all won't be able to see them until

	either a negative scanner or a flatbed scanner (neither at this
time).

	Unfortunately, some of the detail photos of the UrQ20v's engine bay
	didn't
	come out too well- not enough contrast and everything is kind of
dark-
	mismetered
	a bunch of photos, difficult to meter properly in very bright
sunlight
	with
	harsh shadows. I was shooting w/ an old Pentax SP1000, so fill flash
	wasn't really
	an option either. Once I get a good wide angle for my Super A, I'll
take
	photos w/
	that and fill flash.
