[s-cars] Water Injection

I am still waiting for my install, but bought a modified Aquamist 2C race
system.

Plan is to use the washer fluid reservoir for water, and use washer fluid in
the winter (and maybe in summer for the extra fuel.methanol mix, but that'll
wait till after I get it running properly). I have the intensive washer
spray with its own reservoir, so giving up the primary washer reservoir is
no great loss.

There are two activation systems working together...one a pressure switch in
the boost line, set to go to "on" at ~5 lbs of boost. The other is
piggybacked onto a fuel injector, which reads the pulse signal and duty
cycle of the injector, and activates a high speed valve in direct proportion
to the fuel injector which activates the water nozzle.

So, once boost has reach 5lbs, that lets the signal sent to the nozzle from
the high speed valve go through, and the nozzle will spray in direct
proportion to the fuel injector load (i.e. at 5 lbs boost or above, injector
spraying fuel at 40% capacity, nozzle sprays water at 40% capacity).

I plan on starting with .8 nozzle, and go up to 1.0 if necessary. I will
post once I have details when the system is running.
