[s-cars] Strange Boost Problem

Latest problem, which happened at the track (of course).

Car pulls hard, but sometimes after a shift when back on the power it feels=
 down on power. I chalked it up to heat soak.

But then, sometimes, after a shift, car feels slow and boost gauge only goe=
s to 10 lbs. Then if I keep my foot in it, boost gauge will "pop" up to 22 =
lbs and car pulls hard again. Other times when it pops, check engine light =
flashes the hi/low fuel mixture code I saw with Bob Pastore at the track.

Feels like BPV, but new Bailey did not solve it, plus the other valve that =
was in there was new also (the Stratmosphere valve which felt great initial=
ly). Bad MAF? Bad or clogged injector? But why would it "pop" open and then=
 repeat the behavior through the gears? Seems to only happen under full thr=
ottle, shift at high RPM, then back to full throttle and the problem appear=
s=2E
