Don't buy a gussied up Hummer, rather go for a strippy.  Jeep, Land Rover, G
Wagen, I don't care.  They ain't going where I've taken Hummers, nor how
I've taken 'em (thank you Uncle Sam and da Army).  Indeed impressive,
plastic shifties be damned.

On the Land Rover note:  RUN for the hills.  My bud just dumped his '00,
after blowing TWO trannies @ 50k, a month apart.  Not good.  Now, could be a
fluke.  But considering the HORRENDOUS depreciation hit he took, there are
better bangs for da bucks.  Like, take a $45k machine, put 50k in 2 yrs. on
it, and get, gasp, $13k on trade.  In superb condition (tranny unbeknonwst
to trade dealer, but knownst to us).  That HURTS.

On the G Wagen note, heck, if you're spending the cabbage, go for the G55.

Greenwich Concours (still haven't finished my pics yet!), OMG is that thing
KEWWWWWWLLLLLL.  Someday, someday.  Hummer be damned, this is where this
