The MBZ wiper works only because it has a weird  (but cool) elliptical
motion.  It does not just pivot on a single axis.  I doubt any aftermarket
uni-wiper kit will do this.  Even if you could retrofit a MBZ wiper arm and
motor, wouldn't you have to hack into the cowl at the base of the
windshield?
