[s-cars] Disabling Servotronic

Disabling the servotronic will not help in letting you know which way the
wheels are oriented! Just unplug the connection on the steering rack located
on the driver's side. Tape the male and female parts to avoid contamination
from dirt. Take all of five minutes.
