[s-cars] No A/C, no wipers, and finally, no start

Robert,

I think you're spot on the money....matches my symptoms pretty exactly,
almost. My power windows still worked, so did my headlights. Spent some
time poking thru the Bentley's (after almost 30 years of VW/Audi driving, I
still curse their current track schematics), but couldn't get a clear
handle on the "load reduction relay" and it's secondary sourcings
(everything on the "X" track, I guess). From what I can tell, fuses S11-S13
are driven from the X track. S11 is A/C, S12 is rear defogger, heated
mirrors (it's summer!), S13 is wipers, turn signals, roof, and A/C again.

Weird, though, since I purposefully checked my windows (it was 33C /92F in
Toronto today, had to have them down), wipers, sunroof....all worked fine,
all the time, despite the dead A/C head and turn signals (4-way flashers
were fine, btw).

Will advise my wrench to check ignition switch, starter/solenoid.

Thanks again to all for your quick responses,
George
(off to the far north Canadian Arctic for a 2 week canoe trip in a few days
-- not much bandwidth to deal with a dead car, unfortunately)
