[s-cars] Clutch Noise?

Hi Cody,
I hope I am wrong, but in my experience that type of noise usually indicates
a worn throw out bearing (or throat bearing to some). This is the bearing
that the clutch actuator bears against to dis-engage the clutch.
This list is becoming a real menagerie!! Lions, bears, what next;^)
HTH,
Len

Subject: [s-cars] Clutch Noise?
Gents,
I am hearing a noise from underneath my car that only happens when:
-1) Car is fully warmed up and somewhat HOT Days
-2) If I depress the clutch the rattle goes away
Suspect something is rubbing but not sure if it is internal to the clutch
but I suspect not. Nearly sounds like lifter noise but from UNDER the car.
Thx
cp
