[s-cars] Are other listers getting spammed with a virus?

About a week ago I began receiving a rather large daily spam that contains a
virus-contaminated file as an attachment.  Since this has started fairly
soon after we've moved to the new list format, I'm wondering if there could
be a connection.  Are other listers getting this same spam?  Spamcop says
it's originating from qwest.net.
