You can get the Porter Cable polisher a lot cheaper at the better hardware
stores.  I bought one last year at Coastal Tool here in CT for about $110,
though I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.  It doesn't come with the
same pads as the Griots but you can pick those up separately.  Coastal Tool
sells on the web as well, www.coastaltool.com.  There are also other web
based tool/hardware stores that should carry it.
