[s-cars] tire pressures

It actually helps to induce oversteer. You might want 32 rear, I can't
remember if mine are 31 or 32. You want more PSI in the front, thats where
the weight is. I would have agreed with you, but my mechanic reccomended
this setup, like it a lot.
