Yep, they are beefy alright....they're also very heavy. You can buy them
from any US dealer (as late model A8 calipers).
Also, If you want to run the S6+ (aka late model A8) calipers you'll need to
get yourself a couple of S6+ strut assemblies. The caliper bolt spacing is
different than the S4/S6 2.2. It is also a lot beefier around the hub area
to help with the added braking force. I'm currently running the Movit Big
Reds with the stock S4 strut. I have a set of Movit S6+ Big Red caliper
adapters that fit the S6+ strut that will eventually find their way to my
car when I can get my hands on a set of S6+ struts from D'land.

beefy, and as per my previous post I am looking at brake options other than
