[s-cars] 2 Speeding ticket questions (way back machine in effect)

Nate and company,

Going back into the way back machine, some people may remember about a 122
MPH speeding ticket I recieved several months ago. Well my court date was
last Friday. I hired a local gunslinger, Tim Coogan to work with me on this
one, however I made the mistake of not being at my court date on time (don't
ask, but somehow I got 3:30 in head, not the correct 2:30), he didn't make
the same mistake. As I didn't see him in the court house, the court
couldn't find my ticket, and no info on determination had been entered into
the court computer, I thought he hadn't made it either.

So I called their office late on Friday and left a message. I recieved a
phone call from their office today; representation was present, and the
ticket was dismissed!

So, I'll join the chorus of yes votes for Mr. Coogan, and I now have a clean
driving record! Yipee!

And hopefully without sounding like a total hypocrite, I do want to make it
clear that I'm not advocating speeding (since it appears you can dodge the
bullet to some degree, which is um , not to say I was speeding :). Believe
it or not, I've been trying real hard to moderate my driving as of late.

Nate, thanks for your advice along the way.
