To remove the sleeve undamaged, the best bet is to insert a short bolt with
washers (I  actually made a metal bushing for this, but not necessary)
between the subframe and the hole in the top of the C/A.  This pops the
sleeve down about 1/2in, which is enough to grab with some pliers.
