[s-cars] Tar Removal

I've always used a pure citrus solvent to remove tar... first spray it
on, let it sit for a half minute or so, then use a drenched (in
solvent) rag to wipe it off. Use gloves and eye protection, then use
dawn or a degreasing soap to remove the solvent, then your usual car
wash and maybe wax it after a couple days.
