Better yet, if you're impatient like me, hit McGuckin's ( THE
ultimate HW store ) and get a bolt.  Take off the head and taper,
slot it so you can use a coin if it gets stuck, polishing
to a chiny gucci finish is optional.

No waiting for delivery or that annoying pastime of buying things
at 5x what they should cost.  Of course, Frank should get the ones
for his car properly anodized or powder coated yellow !
