[s-cars] samco gp

Apparently a third choice for hoses (albeit expensive) is MTM by Venair.

I have no idea how to contact them or check price/availability? Anyone?

Just so you know...

So far:

OEM
Samco
SFS
MTM by Venair

Anything else on the market?

/J.

A few people have been e-mailing me off list, so it seems like we
might have
enough to host a GP for Silicon Hoses, but before we commit to Samco
hoses
we should look into other options based on what Jimmy recently
pointed out.
I had no idea other options existed but apparently they do! mainly
this
other company called SFS ltd. In the UK. I'm going to send them an
e-mail
with photo's of the current hose kit and ask if they offer this kit
and
prices for a GP. We can then compare pros and cons and move from
there.

I'll let you know what they respond.

	From Jimmy:

Searching Google for SFS Silicone turns up a slew of references.
Here is
	one that shows some photos:

If anyone has further info on SFS please post.

	Cheers, /James.

		s-car hosers,

one of the questions JaMu brought up to be sorted out was
'do we have enough interest in getting a gp together?'

i for one would get into a gp for a set of hoses. seems
like the hose replacement is something most of us wait
for (until we've got a leaker), then our options are few.

best method of ship? we probably have some experts on
the list, eh? but it is usually cheaper getting anything
shipped via a slower method. my thoughts were to ship to
the gp-lead by a slow boat, then UPS (fed-ex) to
		purchasers.

i've never hosted a gp, but if there is enough interest i
could (i'll probably regret this) host the purchase. of
course i'd be seeking help from anyone who has done a gp
		before.

is there any others interested in new hoses?

		kenny
