[s-cars] Samco length

I'll try and ring up the Samco rep I talked to and ask if they've changed
the design to accommodate the length and strength issues on the crossover
hose.

	FWIW the Samco cross over hose I got from ECS only about a month ago
is
	9.25" long.  And has some metal rings.  Wow.
	I think some older versions were only 8.75 with no rings.
