[s-cars] Intermittent wiper relay

Hi Bob, Igor;

I installed the 3B0 955 531 in my UrS4. It's a simple plug & play and works
like a charm. I've never run out of delay - it will pause for longer than
I've ever needed it to.
I use it as Igor described in his post - turn it to intermittent and turn
it off before the wiper completes it's cycle. Wait the required interval
and turn it to intermittent and leave it there. The relay remembers the
interval.
If you let the wiper cycle and then turn it off, the interval doesn't
change - it remembers the old interval.
One of the more useful mods I've done - I get a kick out of it every time I
use it!
