[s-cars] Turbo Oil Leak

All went back together well after the new turbo/EM install.. Lotta work!
For some reason there is a oil leak where the top oil line attaches to turbo.
 I used a new gasket.  Does it make a difference which way the gasket goes
in?  Top or bottom?
Etka says there maybe a spring washer on top?  There wasnt any washer prior
to disassembly.
All else seems to be good.
Any help appreciated.
