[s-cars] Removing sheetmetal for rust repair

I have some rust I need to stop on my S6 avant and
don't know how to get the peice off. It is a small
sheet metal peice on the pillar between the rearmost
left window(in the cargo area) and the hatch. Next to
the rear tailight but not on the hatch itself. It is
about 1 inch wide and 4 inches long. Rust is coming
form inside it out and it's gotta get fixed before
it's really bad.
