Well gang,
I'm putting my 1994 Audi S4 Quattro up for sale....
Here's the details:
1994 Audi S4 Quattro
Brilliant Black exterior / Ecru leather interior
2nd Owner car
91.000 miles
I bought the car from Maplewood Imports in Minneapolis, MN close to two yea=
rs ago. The car was sold there new and had all maintenance records from th=
e dealer when I bought it. The previous owner of the car was a VERY wealth=
y Minneapolis businessman, and I don't think getting the dealer to fix thin=
gs was ever an issue (part of the reason I bought it). The car was, and st=
ill is today, factory stock. No mods at all! This is very rare with these=
cars, but I can assure you, not all of it was intentional... I always bel=
ieve that maintenance should take priority over mods.
I must also add that I am a Quattro fanatic and have owned 5 of them. All =
turbo quattros, and I have been a member of the Quattro List and the Quattr=
o Club for many years now.
Maintenance History:
Dealer service records up till when I bought the car
Fuel Line recall has been done
In the last 10,000 miles I've done:
timing belt
water pump (german OE)
thermostat
accessory belt
rebuilt hydraulic pump
all new spark plugs and connectors
media blasted valve cover
new valve cover gasket
new spark plug cover gasket
new black factory floor mats
black interior felt trim
2W bulb upgrade (dash lights)
In last month:
I've completely flushed the coolant
fresh Sierra anit-freeze/distilled water
new expansion tank and cap
new lower radiator hose
new after-run coolant pump
new wiper blades
completely flushed hydraulic system
Bosch/MTM Sport bypass valve
Bosch fuel filter
Bosch O2 sensor
New lower (rubber) door trim
The car has been exceptionally maintained and the interior is in immaculate=
condition. I'm very picky about my interiors. The exterior is typical mi=
dwestern/northwestern car. The black still shines great, but has a lot of =
road rash/stone chipping on the front end. Not as bad as your typical Colo=
rado car though! I had to drive down a mountain pass every day this past y=
ear, and I picked up a lot of stone chips on this drive. I've always kept =
the car waxed and looking clean though. Rest of the car is in pretty good =
shape. Car has always been garaged.
That being said, there really is nothing the car needs immediately, but if =
I were keeping it, I'd do a suspension rebuild... new Bilstien shocks, tie =
rod ends, control arms, etc... maybe even a set of Sport springs. Otherwi=
se, the car needs nothing.
I'm asking $17,000 / OBO
I'll have some photos to send out soon. Ask if you have any questions.
Car is in Seattle, Washington. I'd like to sell it to a local lister, but =
I'm also putting this out on the S-car list to see if anyone is interested.=
I'd like to sell it to someone who's going to give it a good home and tak=
e as good of care of it as I have.
