[s-cars] Suspicious noise

Hello men.

Been out of orbit since we came over to audifans but events over the weekend
have forced me back to the fold (like I needed forcing).

I've  started to get what can be best described as a "shriek" from the gear
box when I drop into second. This only happens when the engine revs are
high, ie during quick down-shifts. Anyone have any idea what this might
portend?

Otherwise the gearbox is fine with no other nasty symptoms.
