[s-cars] CD Changer --- MP3 Player?

I'm seriously thinking about getting an XM radio adapter (has a little
display like a CD changer) and the unit would go in the trunk.  Anyone have
this???

Radio reception here in Seattle is terrible with all the hills and mountains
(lots of dead or weak spots) and I get bored with CD's before I can buy new
ones.
