[s-cars] MTM Hoppen S4 software upgrade GP update

Evidently they are overwhelmed somewhat with the
thought of upgrading ~ a dozen ECU's.

Currently Hoppen is confirming they could have enough
components available to do the software upgrade on 12
ECU's.

I have asked them to provide pricing information for
us, this could help weed out those that are just
"interested" from those that are ready to spend the
money and upgrade their ECU. I had originally
anticipated having the pricing information available
by now, but alas there has been a delay.

I will report back with pricing ASAP
