[s-cars] S4 Emissions Failure/also Bypass Valves

I'm certainly no fan of TAP, but find nothing wrong with the bypass valve
they sell.  I've got one, and it has survived 3 years of high boost.   That
being said, I'd recommend the turbo x-s h25 as my first choice if I were in
the market today.  It's  an all metal, piston-type valve with no rubber
diaphragm or  seals to fail and get injected by your turbo (BTDT!!!! --
Ouch!).

I think you can't go wrong w/ Forge or Bailey, forget
about TAP.
