[s-cars] S4 Emissions Failure/also Bypass Valves

I also had a problem with the blue anodized TAP BP valve.  It was
actually also leaking at the connection between main body and the small
side tube on the BP valve.  I believe that they use somekind of browmish
epoxy/glue on them.
