[s-cars] Spanked by a Mitsubishi Galant VR-4

 Today I was on way home and a white Mitsubishi Gallant VR-4 pulled up beside
me. Nothing looked special about the car, it was lowered and had a nice
exhaust, other wise there was no sign that the thing was a monster. It was
obvious that he wanted to play and he waived me on to a long straight and off
we went from second gear. He pulled away almost a car length in every gear up
to around 120mph where we both realized that we were well over doubling the
speed limit. We came to a red light and I was behind him the light turned
green and sure enough he pulled away even in first. I was very surprised,
that was the first sleeper to get me. When I got home I went to the computer
to see what this car was all about. Sure enough there were all kinds of
tuners for this AWD/AWS turbo. There were many tuners that had project
Gallants running 11.6sec. 1/4mi. Wow. Anyone else had this experience.
