Contrary to popular belief, there is no such thing as an S6+ bumper.  It's
simply a European bumper.  The same ones are used on both S6 and S6+.  And
those are stock 16" Avus S6 wheels, not S6+ wheels.  The mirrors are the
only thing that's been changed and are from the newer S-cars, such as an S8.
