[s-cars] After run coolant pump

To test the after-run pump pull the two wires going to the small temp sensor
above the Thermostat and short them together. This sensor is small compared
to the MFTS (the big one with 4 posts and a large cover), the sensor has two
wires going to it that are individually shielded, pull the wires off
exposing the clips and short them together, this emulates the sensor closing
and you should hear the pump run. Alternately you could just slightly pull
the clips enough to expose the posts on the sensor and use a screw driver to
short across, that should work too.
Careful not to touch the wires to anything else or you'll get a small spark
or blow a fuse (remember the engine is at grounded).
Cheers, /James.

Hey Listers,
I lost the instructions to make the after-run coolant pump
run to test
if it is still working properly. Can someone send them to me
directly?
Also, just starting today, upon startup, it took a bit longer to
start than
normal, almost like it was not getting enough fuel. Then during
driving
under full boost I noticed a little surging. This was a 3rd gear
accelerate
on the freeway run.
I have plugs that are only 5K miles old, Could they have gone bad
already?
It is a stock 92 with 125K It is still on the original injectors,
could
this be causing the issue? Also, if that be the case does sending
them away
to be cleaned really work well, or is it just better to pony up the
cash and
get new injectors?
Thanks for your help.

PS Many thanks to James for his work on the Samco GP!!!!
