[s-cars] After run coolant pump

Doesn't sound like you need a new gasket. When you look down into the spark
plug cavity and only see the top of the spark plug cause it's sitting in an
inch of oil, then you know you NEED a gasket! This happened to me shortly
after getting my S4. If you do replace the gasket (not a big job) remember
that two studs that support the coil pack cover bolts, also act as bolts to
hold the valve cover on.

I did notice a small amount of oil on the Spark Plug Caps on cylinders 3 and
4. Right near the top where the cap plugs into the coil pack. There was
not
oil down in the hole or on the plugs themselves, but does this mean it would
be time to have the valve cover gasket redone? I am not leaking anywhere on
the outside of the cover. How critical is this? any BTDT? I was going to
have the timing belt done in another 25K. I only have 25K on this belt. I
would rather do them at the same time but will I be sorry if I wait?

Thanks,
