[s-cars] Auto box on S4/S6

Well, sorta...

The Audi S6 4.2 (only offered in europe) was available in an automatic...
Much like the 4.2 A6 now here, except we CAN'T get a manual.  Apparently the
automatics in this model were quite common over there.
