[s-cars] After run coolant pump - when should it turn on ?

I also thought my switch was defective, but after a _really_ snappy drive,
it actually came on once last fall. High ambient temps, in the 25C area, and
a new 87C thermostat in the car. Have never heard it either before or after,
but as other listers say, You might have to wait up to 5 mins for the device
to start, but at that time, you're safe in the hammoc with a beer or
something..
