[s-cars] Valentine 1 falsing

Hey guys,

I don't know how many of you have noticed but the CHMSL on the new GM
Trailblazer has LEDs that emit the same frequency as our Valentine1 laser
detectors.  I get a false laser alert everytime I am stuck behind one of
those at a stop light.  I have a suspicion that there are other things that
cause falsing too because laser is not that common around Michigan, and I
get false alarms quite often.
